Just a couple of weeks before the release of Sonoma With You, I’d like to share a few things.

I’ve been in love with romance novels, and movies – all the trials and tribulations that come with it. I’m a sucker for love - in all its forms. Romance is the way to love.


Why was I inspired to write Zach and Madison’s story?

I can’t remember who came first, Zach or Madison. I think it was Zach…or Madison. Anyhow, when I started writing Sonoma With You, Luke’s and Melanie’s story from The Quarterback screamed loudly at me and placed their love story on the back burner. Only for a short while though. Zach and Maddie were tinkering away in the middle and the back of my mind, nudging me with the promise that I will tell that I tell their love story.

And the overlap of the LA Story Series with the California Series.


Anyway, back to Zach and Madison…

Zach came calling one night. I wanted to tell the tale of a talented guy who had the world at his feet, but something happened that made him turn his back at the height of his fame. His family were important. A talented family that was also tired of the fame but not of the industry.

The family’s passion for music opens doors to where he’s become content to sit in the background and watch his rewards grow.

Zach is such a talented and wonderful man that needed a strong, sweet and wonderful woman who truly understands him. After living in the limelight for so long it takes on bad situation to help you reset and remember what’s important in life.

Madison came to me while travelling through Heathrow Airport.

The thoughts of being at arrivals and greeting loved ones at airports have always filled me with joy. It’s one place where emotions are true and real. They rise to the surface when you least expect it.

The anticipation and excitement to see loved ones arriving..it’s a beautiful thing.

While at departures is where new adventures start or saying goodbye.

Both always brings me to tear. It’s where you see love is definitely all around.

And that brings me to why I wanted to start their love story.

It’s a cute meet for Zach.

Only to continue with their cute meet 40,000 feet in the air. A place to get to know someone…or not in close proximity.

For Madison, it’s that chance meeting. She needed to know that good men do exist – a good man like Zach. even while she was trying to find herself after a hard breakup. being around Zach and his family is exactly what she needed.

Zach needed a strong woman who can stand up for herself, who would love him for him, not the fame and money he can give

Their love is kismet… and fate took care of the rest.

Now, who wouldn’t fall in love at a vineyard? Surrounded by summer, grapes, wine, friendships and family. šŸ˜Š
